Back on the Bike

Not sure if it counts but have been out on a bike a few times now. Nothing too earth shattering – taking the eldest to and from nursery on the old Rockhopper with the child seat, but it confirms one thing: I’ve lost a lot of form. I will need to work on getting back the fitness.
