I know Tom, Simon Barnes has been telling me the same for ages. I’m a bit stuck in a rut at the moment and need a few things to change and then the physical form and passion for biking will all come back I am sure.

Riding bikes will come back once children get a little older. Commuting has made the big difference for me this year. Actually feel I’m getting fit again after 3 years of treading water and doing the bare minimum of riding.

Aye, looks mad. Many other people seem to have reached the same conclusion. It’s hard to get a good balance between smooth run and outer cable length.
